Executive Team

Garen Gilmore

President & Owner

Garen has been involved in the plumbing, gas fitting and the mechanical industry his whole life. He started out working in the family business at a young age. After fulfillment of his apprenticeship and Journeyman obligations, he went on to become a Master Plumber, Master Mechanical and Master Gas-fitter and also holds a Universal EPA License. Garen became Vice President of All Klear All Hours, Inc. in 2013. He later became President and sole owner in 2019. Currently, he is involved in making daily operational decisions including manpower, scheduling and estimating. Garen visits job sites on a regular basis to ensure high quality of work is performed and that our customers are happy from the beginning to the end of the job.

Education

Garen is a graduate of Greenwood Laboratory School in Springfield, Missouri. After High School, he attended Missouri State University and studied business. He has also attended various programs such as Dale Carnegie Course, Ultimate Technical Academy Heating and Electrical courses, Milbank Generator Technician Training, Gastite Certified Installer, Wardflex Certified Installer, RUUD tankless water heater certified installer, Noritz tankless water heater certified installer, and Rinnai tankless water heater certified installer.

Community Involvement
Past Kiwanis club member, Junior Wrangler member for the American Cancer Society, and Program Advisory Committee member for Vatterott College. Current member of the Building and Trades Examination and Certification Board for the City of Springfield.

Dennis Hoffman

General Manager

Dennis has worked in the industry in new construction, commercial service, and residential service for over 30 years. Prior to his career in the plumbing industry, he served in the United States Army for 4 years. He is a Master Plumber and Master Gas-fitter with certifications in LP, gas track piping, and tankless water heaters. He enjoys spending time with family and playing sports.

Brian Woods

Operations Manager

Growing up on a farm in a small town, I began my career as a maintenance technician right after high school. Knowing that this was my calling, I enlisted in the Air Force to learn the HVAC trade. After completing my military service, I started my professional journey as a service technician in Springfield, MO in 1993. In 2007, I had the opportunity to become an HVAC Service Manager and have held similar positions ever since. My greatest joy is helping people, whether it's solving comfort issues for clients or mentoring young technicians starting their careers in the trade. During my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family or being outdoors on the lake.

Barry Bruce

Comfort Advisor

Barry has been a lifelong resident of the Springfield, MO area and a long-time friend of Garen. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and business management, Barry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the All Klear team, which he joined in May 2020. While his career has been diverse, Barry finds the most joy in hands-on work. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.

Gina Starkey

Dispatch

Since joining the company in 2016 as a dispatcher, I have played a vital role in ensuring efficient operations for our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my family, especially my granddaughter, who brings endless joy to my life. When I'm not working or spending time with my loved ones, you'll find me savoring delicious tacos and enjoying a refreshing mimosa, two of my favorite pastimes.

Daniel Hunt

Electrical Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, Daniel has a comprehensive background in residential and commercial service work, as well as new construction. He is passionate about the electrical trade and enjoys mentoring future tradesmen, helping them develop into skilled electricians. In his free time, Daniel loves to spend time with his wife and kids, enjoying activities such as camping, hunting, and fishing.

With a lifelong dedication to customer service, I have always been passionate about helping people and ensuring their satisfaction. I believe that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Throughout my career, I have consistently strived to provide exceptional service and create positive experiences for every customer.
When I'm not working, I love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature. I also cherish moments of relaxation with friends, finding joy in good company and great conversations. My commitment to both my professional and personal life reflects my belief in balance and the importance of fostering meaningful connections.
