Upgrading your home’s HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems can improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability. Depending on where you live, who provides your utilities, and the equipment you install, you may also qualify for rebates that help offset some of the upfront cost.
Several utility programs serve Springfield and the surrounding southwest Missouri area, and available incentives vary by provider. At All Klear, we are here to help you get the best cost for your upgrades, so we can discuss available rebates and incentives with you.
Contact All Klear today to discuss how you can qualify for savings on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades in Springfield or the nearby areas.
Current Rebates
Rebates and eligibility requirements are subject to change at any time, so contact All Klear before purchasing equipment to verify current programs and requirements.
HVAC Rebates & Incentives
Homeowners may qualify for rebates when installing high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment. Available incentives vary depending on your utility provider and the efficiency of the system.
Current utility incentives include:
- Central air conditioner: Up to $500
- Air-source heat pump: Up to $500
- Natural gas furnace: Up to $400
- Geothermal heat pump: Up to $1,025
- Smart thermostat: Up to $75
- Dual-fuel heat pump: $300–$500 per ton
- Ductless mini-split heat pump: Up to $150 per outdoor unit
City Utilities of Springfield offers qualifying HVAC incentives within its service territory, while programs available through area electric cooperatives may have different requirements. For example, some rebates require minimum efficiency ratings, an AHRI certificate, or applications within a specified period after installation.
If it’s time to replace your cooling system, we have you covered with our AC installation services. We also provide heating installation services and install energy-efficient ductless mini-split systems. For your installation, we can discuss how to qualify for rebates.
Plumbing Rebates & Incentives
Certain plumbing upgrades can also qualify for local utility or cooperative rebates.
Available incentives include:
- High-efficiency toilet: Up to $75
- Heat-pump water heater: Up to $750
City Utilities is offering an incentive of up to $75 for qualifying 1.28-gallon-per-flush toilet upgrades. Area electric cooperatives, including Ozark Electric Cooperative, Southwest Electric Cooperative, and White River Valley Electric Cooperative, offer heat-pump water heater rebates of up to $750.
Beginning October 1, 2026, you may also qualify for a rebate of up to $300 for qualifying ENERGY STAR natural gas water heaters.

Federal & Missouri Rebate Update
The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit previously provided tax credits for qualifying heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, heat-pump water heaters, and certain electrical upgrades. Under current federal law, the credit cannot be claimed for qualifying property placed in service after December 31, 2025. Visit the IRS Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit page for current federal information.
Missouri is also working to implement the Home Owner Managing Energy Savings (HOMES) Rebate Program and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program. As of August 2026, these programs are still under development and rebates are not yet available to Missouri consumers. Visit the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for updates.
Rebate Eligibility
Not all installations qualify for a rebate, so it’s important to be aware of the requirements. Utility territory, equipment type, efficiency ratings, installation requirements, application deadlines, and available program funding can all affect eligibility.
Rebate and incentive programs can change or end at any time. Contact our team before purchasing or installing new equipment so that we can help you verify currently available incentives and applicable requirements.
