Every level of our plan receives annual furnace, AC, and plumbing inspections—using our industry-leading, 90-point evaluation, and performing minor adjustments when needed. Additionally, every level includes up to 10% off of repairs, trip fee discounts, and 24-hour service.

Our membership options are:

• Platinum: This platinum option offers the ultimate peace of mind. In addition to annual inspections, discounts on repairs, priority service, flush water heater, and no after-hour charge, you receive humidifier service with pad. Also enjoy a 3-year repair labor warranty, 10% savings on replacement of equipment exceeding $1,500 (up to $500), blower cleaning, condensate drain treatment, and monthly billing options.
• Gold: As the name suggests, the Gold level includes everything in the Silver membership plus priority service, no after-hour charge, a 2-year labor warranty on repairs, condensate drain treatment, and instead of a 3% discount on replacement you save 5% on replacement of equipment exceeding $1,500 (up to $400).
• Silver: This level includes everything in the Standard membership as well as a water heater flush, 1-year repair labor warranty, and a 3% discount on replacements exceeding $1,500 (up to $300).
• Standard: To receive expert annual inspection on your furnace, AC, and plumbing systems, all at a low monthly rate, the standard membership is the perfect choice. Also enjoy discounts on repairs and trip fees.
